Getting to Know You

Our opinion is that the primary consideration for building and sustaining relationships is based on putting you first. Finding out what your priorities and objectives are and how they fit into your company and personal philosophies.

That is, we need to get to know you on a personal and professional level before we consider how any of our support programmes can be utilised. When you go through the website, we suggest that you make notes to see what parts of our services are most applicable to your needs. After that an initial consultation will allow us both to identify the key objectives.

There are many ways to do this and all involve you sharing your thoughts before we can recommend any activities.

We usually start with a call, ‘old skool’ by phone*, or Zoom, Skype etc.
We want you to feel relaxed and comfortable getting in touch as we are very aware that sharing your hopes and aspirations (and sometimes weaknesses) with strangers can be daunting.

Everything we do is 100% confidential, and we would never work with companies that compete.
