How a furry animal can help you and your business

Good morning and welcome to a short series of daily articles designed to make everyone just that little bit better (marginal gains) at building and sustaining effective relationships with clients, lapsed customers and new prospects.

It uses a 5-phase process called P.A.N.D.A – some of it may be new to you, some will be a gentle reminder, and some may challenge your current thinking. P.A.N.D.A is 100% effective in B2B and B2C and across all sectors. Clients I work with using P.A.N.D.A as the basis of their activities and campaigns are offered a full ‘money-back guarantee’ if it does not work for them, I’ve never had to fulfil this promise.

P Personal and professional preparation

A Ways to get attention

N Finding out their needs and wants

D Define how your products and services are relevant to them

A Take immediate action, under promise and over deliver

Let’s get started…

Whilst we wait for the ‘new normal’ to appear we all have a duty of care to ourselves to make sure that we maximise every minute of the working day.

Topics that come under the Personal Preparation heading include timekeeping (to your schedules), appearance (for those ever-increasing Zoom calls), mindset and focus (reduce distractions).

Today’s challenge is to create a list of up to 5 things that you do by way of Personal Preparation and then give yourself a mark out of 10 for today and set your tasks and actions to improve by just 1 mark by tomorrow I will be inviting you to share your results as it’s often a seemingly simple idea that is not on your immediate radar that helps.

We will cover Professional Preparation tomorrow but feel free to get in touch about any aspect of the P.A.N.D.A Effective Relationships Process or indeed on any subject related to helping you become better at client/prospect interactions.

Take care, stay safe and enjoy your day.
